Ventoux Aviation is a boutique aviation consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. Stemming from technical & operating lease background the business was established in 2022 to support aircraft investors, lessors and airlines.
Ronan Stewart is the owner and founder, a close to 20 year aviation veteran, pairing deep sectoral knowledge with technical & commercial experience. Ronan has worked directly with OEMs, investors, airlines and leasing companies in the acquisition, management and disposal of aircraft across the spectrum of commercial aircraft operating today. Whether starting off or an experienced player Ventoux is designed to be a value aggregator that can provide the expertise and bandwidth to support any project.
Ventoux is lucky to be partnered with an extensive network of businesses and industry professionals across the technical, operational, financial and commercial fields that can bring more than 150 years of experience to regional, engine, fixed wing and helicopter transactions.
Ronan currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly listed and private companies, lending both his time and expertise to support established businesses and start-ups. On a day to day basis Ronan is directly involved in origination and managing transactions on behalf of private equity investors while consulting for airlines and other industry stakeholders.
